It’s always essential to keep perspective when
‘microspecting’ individual elements whose collective purpose is
to be only a building block of a greater structure. In this
case, the structure being built is an effective fix of our
nation’s current health insurance/care system crises. Namely,
we need to build an effective health insurance/care system that
meets the needs of our country as a whole. There is little
strength in a loose confederation when it comes to the
wellbeing of a country. Just ask the military. The wellbeing of

available to millions of Americans and conditions are
worsening. So the ‘vision’ is to “avail effective health
insurance to all Americans.” So, as we consider the ‘nuts and
bolts’ of these proposals it is important to merit them by
their usefulness toward the ultimate vision first, which, for
this article series, is an avail effective health insurance to
all Americans. Secondly, we should weigh the merits in
achieving the objective the element’s specific purpose. That is
to say, we don’t want to ‘throw the baby out with the bath
water’.
