Health Insurance Empire Strikes Back, Pt.3 – The proof

This major ‘defensive’ is an initiative to create support in
political debate against a Democratic Congress who have finally
prevailed, after the lengthy onslaught of the years of
frustration concerning health insurance issues. Some of these
issues were insurance company practices on things like:
"denying coverage based on pre-existing conditions,“ as
reported by Politico staff writer Mr. Frates. Only this week,
as Chris explains, Congress had to over-ride another Bush veto.
This time to steer billions of funding dollars from the health
industry in order to fund Medicare provisional doctors. The
health insurance industry came out of it in a bad light.

the complaints of skyrocketing medical costs far exceeding the
rest of the developed nations of the world are not only
justified, but are causing widespread consensus that the
present health insurance business models used by today’s
providers aren’t work for our country. They also realize the
possibility of cashing in on universal coverage. It could have
the effect of increasing the size of the health insurance pie
while still reducing costs. They see a win/win here, both
politically and business-wise.
