McCain vs. Destitute, Pt.2 – Let the people be heard;
mending our fabric.
Previous…
Those we have entrusted with providing us with the critical
knowledge necessary to answer these questions have failed us
dismally. If you’re reading this, consider ways to improve this
condition. One way is to replace mere statistics with life.
People we meet in life have a much greater influence in our
values then mere numbers. The Wall Street Journal has taken
this approach countless times with critical topics that engage
the American fabric. Some of the most effective are in the form
of ‘blog inquiries’. Where else can an ordinary person reach
millions immediately and receive an immediate merit (or
de-merit) grade? We now have the facility to patch up holes in
the American fabric. The health insurance crisis is one of the
most threatening breaches in our fabric. Tens of thousands
dying every year for not having health insurance is a blight on
our nation. Having millions who are hopelessly destitute by
being denied health insurance is a shame before the world.
It’s time for our nation to gain critical knowledge on the
Health insurance crisis before casting votes. To assist in
this, Vanessa Fuhrmans of the Wall Street Journal has submitted
a very informative and controversial article on their ://blogs.wsj.com/health/
website. The purpose is to invoke the heart of America’s
fabric. Unlike a while back, a community structure has now
formed to evaluate opinions and consider testimonies.
Testimonies generally are fact-based, while opinions generally
reflect character. In this new societal structure, bloggers’
intentions can be laid bare before the larger community. So
when someone makes a statement like ‘let all the children die,
just leave my taxes alone!’, they will probably be judged on
character. Hopefully, they’ll be asked to wear a dunce cap for
a long time. Health insurance issues tend to be very
controversial and should be resolved by finding the consensus
of the greater American public.
