Health-Care Contrasts, Pt.3 – Congress already has an
aggressive platform.

In contrast, one of those two studies has arrived at the
conclusion that Mr. Obama’s health insurance/care reform
proposal would, at least, cover about 34 million of those 45.7
million Americans with no coverage. Granted, that’s not all the
way but, it’s a giant leap, compared to any other serious
contenders at this time. Related to this, is an initiative in
Congress that is gearing up to move the health insurance/care
reform forward as soon as they know who will be in the White
House next. More than not, their direction is largely
compatible with Mr. Obama’s. The significance here is that they

multi-trillion dollar health insurance industry. They have
found themselves in the bi-partisan position of ‘give a little,
take a little’ They are asking big insurance to cover the
‘uninsurable’. By itself, this would be catastrophic to the
health insurance industry.
