The Maine Issue:   Health Insurance/Care, Pt.1 – ‘The greedy and arrogant are coming!’

New England is forced to rise up again. This time the cause is health insurance/care and the call to freedom is erupting in the State of Maine. From the “Bangor News” staff, reporter Meg Haskell has posted the latest developments on www.bangornews.com web site.  ‘Minutemen’ for national health insurance/care reform are going door-to-door throughout the Bangor community to enlist concerned citizens in order to advocate voter registration and support. They have avowed that an overhaul of our nation’s health insurance/care system now is critical.  Spokesperson for the Maine People’s Alliance, Ben Chin, cites that “Corporate greed and lack of accountability” have become repressive and overburdening to the citizens requiring health insurance and paying unrepresented taxes.  Mr. Chin was also an organizer of the Maine chapter of Health Care for America Now.

They have teamed up in a united front to demand that health insurance/care reform become the #1 issue of our leaders in Washington, encompassing our Congress, Mr. McCain and Mr. Obama. They need to see commitment.
